DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We be making deliveries on Mondays , Wednesdays and Saturdays. In order to receive same day deliveries, your order will need to be placed and payment made before 2pm. Any orders placed after this time will be delivered the next delivery day or at a pre-arranged time.
PLACING YOUR ORDER
Please before phoning, make sure you know exactly what you want to order by referring to the PRODUCTS section of our website www.highvoltagevaping.com .Payment will be card only. Payments will be taken over the phone when ordering so please have your card details to hand . In cases when the phone line is engaged please do not leave a message, try again a few minutes later. Please keep call times to a minimum in order to make the phone line available for the next customer. Phone calls will only be answered between the opening hours.
Out of opening hours- if you wish to place an order please message us via Facebook or Instagram requesting a call back.
IF WE ARE OUT OF STOCK
In the rare case we are out of stock of your required item/ items, we will suggest some alternatives and endeavor to get the out of stock item/items back into stock as soon as possible. SPECIAL ORDERS Whilst the shop is closed and we are offering our telephone and contactless delivery service. We will still offer a special order service. Meaning we will aim to get whatever you need (that we don't already stock) in and delivered to you as soon as possible. Special orders may require a deposit.
HOW DOES CONTACTLESS DELIVERY WORK
Contactless delivery will be essential during this period. In order to prevent risk to our staff and our customers, products will be packed and handled using gloves, masks and by following the government guidelines. When your delivery arrives we will place your order outside, ring the bell and step back. Then we will wait for you to retrieve your order. If there is no answer we will try contacting you by phone (on the number provided when the order was placed). We will wait 10 minutes before aborting the delivery. You will be charged a delivery fee to redeliver at our convenience. In the case of porches/garden gates etc, you will receive a phone call. We will leave the delivery in a place avoiding contact with any possibly infected barriers or surfaces. If a call is made and goes unanswered, we will try again 3 times then wait 10 minutes before aborting the delivery. You will be charged a delivery fee to redeliver at our convenience.
SAFE PLACE DELIVERY
We will leave your delivery in a safe place, specified by you when placing the order . However once delivered to the safe place it becomes the buyers responsibility and High Voltage will accept no responsibility for loss, theft or damage .
In the event a delivery is missed, we will return the order and wait for you to contact us to rearrange the delivery at our convenience. You will be charged a delivery fee based on distance in this event.
We are offering free delivery within a 2 mile radius on orders over £20.Any additional miles will be charged at a rate of £2 per mile. If the order is under £20 the same fee will apply. Maximum distances will apply.
Payment will be card only. Payments will be taken over the phone when ordering so please have your card details to hand . We will ask for• The long card number • The expiry date• Door Number and Postcode of the address where the card is registered .Failure to provide this information will result in a declined payment .
Due to the current situation our CBD will no longer be sold with zero profit. You may notice some price increases . Bringing the price back in line with RRP's. Rest assured, once things return to normal, when purchasing in store you can again expect our great prices to return.
